No Bake Energy Bites
1 c old fashioned oats
1/2 c nut butter of choice
1/3 c honey
1 c coconut flakes
1/2 c ground flaxseed
1/2 c mini chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla
Mix all ingredients. Chill for 30 minutes then roll into balls and enjoy.
