Chocolate Butter Cream Frosting
6 T. butter
1 1/2 t. vanilla
1/2 C. unsweetened cocoa
41/2 C. powdered sugar
1/4 C. milk OR cream

Cream butter, vanilla, cocoa. Gradually beat in sugar one
cup at a time beating thoroughly after each addition. Stir
in milk or cream and beat until spreading consistency.
