Freezing Tomato Paste

This tip was too good to not share.  It's from one of my favorite food blogs.  If you watch Good Things Utah you've probably heard of her.  On  Kitchen Tip Tuesday at 365 Days of Crockpot Karen tells how she is able to use just a little bit of a can of tomato paste without letting the rest of it go to waste.   She freezes it!
Isn't this a great way to make sure you have 3 months of what you need in just the size you need it?
Besides just freezer meals there are lots of pieces of meals you can freeze to be prepared or just to make your life easier.

Pureed veggies (for baby food but they are also great in soup)
Blanched vegetables
Homemade Soup
Grated Cheese (not the good stuff just the big blocks of cheese like cheddar or mozzarella)
Fruit (check out Patty's frozen fruit cups)
Bread
Milk
Yogurt
Browned Hamburger
Meat, Seafood
Donuts (don't judge, you might need them in your 3-month supply)
nuts
chocolate chips
coconut
butter
margarine
I'm sure the list goes on.  I found a good blog post with some more info on what to freeze and what not to freeze.  Guide to Freezing Food
