Taco Soup

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 (28-oz) can tomatoes, slightly, blended (3 - 4 cups)
  • 1 (15-oz) can kidney beans, undrained
  • 2-3 Tablespoons of taco seasoning (to taste)



    Directions:
    Brown ground beef and onions.  Drain well.  Add remaining ingredients.  Simmer 15 minutes.  Cool and place in quart or gallon Ziploc bags depending on desired number of servings.
