- 1/2 pound lean ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 (28-oz) can tomatoes, slightly, blended (3 - 4 cups)
- 1 (15-oz) can kidney beans, undrained
- 2-3 Tablespoons of taco seasoning (to taste)
Brown ground beef and onions. Drain well. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 15 minutes. Cool and place in quart or gallon Ziploc bags depending on desired number of servings.
