Baked Creamy Chicken and Potatoes

Ingredients:
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8-oz) tub of sour cream
  • 8 medium potatoes, pealed, cut into quarters
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp all season salt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil.
Directions:
Combine egg and  milk in a bowl, mix well.  Mix bread crumbs, flour, season salt, onion powder, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl.  Heat a skillet on low (200), add oil.  Cut chicken in pieces, dip chicken in egg mixture then bread crumb then put into skillet to brown.  Peel and cut potatoes, set aside.  Mix chicken soup and sour cream, set aside.  Add potatoes to chicken with 2 (soup)cans of water, cook until almost soft.  Add soup and sour cream.  Cook.  Use remaining bread crumb mixture to thicken soup (to taste).  Cook until potatoes are soft.
