Chilled Fruit Cups

1 (12 oz) can frozen pineapple juice concentrate, thawed
1 (6 oz) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
2 T. lemon juice
3 medium bananas, sliced
1 (16 oz) pkg. frozen unsweetened strawberries
1 (15 oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
18 clear (9 oz) plastic cups

In  a large bowl, prepare pineapple juice according to pkg. directions.  Add orange juice, water, sugar, lemon juice and fruit.  Spoon 3/4 cupful into each plastic cup.  Place cups in a pan and freeze.  Remove from the freezer 40-45 minutes before serving.

Yield 18 servings.

Adaptations:  I used half the sugar and i think you could use 1/4 cup or none.  I use the fruits I had in my freezer.  You could use grapes or any fresh fruit you may have.  I also used pineapple tidbits.
