4 C. regular rolled oats
1 C. wheat germ
1 C. almonds, finely chopped
1 C. pecans, finely chopped
1 C. walnuts, finely chopped
1 C. raisins
1 C. shredded coconut
1 C. flaked coconut
1 C. sunflower seeds
½ C. pumpkin seeds
½ C. sesame seeds
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
½ C. olive oil
1 C. honey
Mix ingredients in a large bowl. Spread onto a baking sheet. Bake @ 325° for 18-25 min. Stir every 5 minutes. Cool and store in an air-tight container. Serve with milk or eat plain.
