Candied Jalapenos aka "Cowboy Candy" from Tasty Kitchen

This is also known as cowboy candy and I'm posting the recipe here but really you need to go to Tasty Kitchen to make it.  Step by step instructions, beautiful pictures, other recipes to tempt you even ideas for how to use it.

Just a quick note - I don't know that this recipe is USDA approved but the Ball site does have a similar recipe for Jalepeno Jelly, I think I would increase the processing time by about 10 minutes for our higher altitude.
So 20 minutes for 1/2 pints and 25 for pints - although for my family and treats for friends I like the 1/2 pint jelly jars the best.

Ball site altitude adjustment
