Freezing Green Peppers

Remember Jennie's post on making stuffed peppers from your garden?  Well Patty W. (I think I'll just call her the Queen of organization from now on, shared her great idea for enjoying those peppers all year round.

She stuffs the peppers and then freezes them.  Then when they are good and hard she vacuum seals them, labels them and puts them into her neatly organized freezer.
