Bloggers can you help spread the word?

I found out an interesting blog fact the other day.  I found that you can find where traffic is coming from on your blog (kind of like those surveys that ask where did you hear about us?  newspaper, friend, TV).  Anyway it was interesting to me that a bit of traffic comes from other blogs who have added a button.  (THANKS Debby and Jim).  If you are a blogger and would like to add a button to your blog linking back to this one I can tell you how.  It's pretty simple.  Just copy the code underneath the little picture to the right of this post.  It says grab a button and then has a picture of a food storage closet with the words At Home in Kanesville.
or you can get it here:

<br /><a href="http://www.athomeinkanesville.blogspot.com"><img src="http://i1203.photobucket.com/albums/bb386/krae06/kanesvillebutton.jpg" border="0" /></img src="http:></a>

Go to your own blog and click design (upper right hand when you are signed in) chose add a gadget from one of your sidebars.  Then chose add HTML./JavaScript and paste the code here.  Save it and you've added a button.  Thanks

If you are finding this blog helpful and would like to contribute or comment PLEASE do, I'd love to be able to add some of your ideas for how to build up a 3-month supply, some freezer meal recipes would be great, how about gardening tips or other ideas..  Don't be shy, this isn't about perfection.  If you were able to watch the General Relief Society meeting and hear President Uctdorf talk you'll know that we need to remember that "God is fully aware that you and I are not perfect.
Let me add: God is also fully aware that the people you think are perfect are not.
And yet we spend so much time and energy comparing ourselves to others—usually comparing our weaknesses to their strengths. This drives us to create expectations for ourselves that are impossible to meet. As a result, we never celebrate our good efforts because they seem to be less than what someone else does."
When I ask people if they want to contribute I usually hear, "no, I don't have anything that anyone would want to read"  but the purpose of this is for our stake (and any one else who wanders in) to help each other.  I'll bet most people have something they can share; a favorite recipe, a neat trick about canning, a veggie that grows well in our clay soil, a go-to grocery store for the best deals or an organizational or financial skill that keeps them ready for an emergency.  I know very little about preparing wild game but I imagine some of you hunters (or hunters wives) could share some great tips about this.
The list goes on.  Please take a minute and think of what you might share (you won't regret doing a good dead).
