Honey Oat Bread

My try at making Kim's recipe, it's yummy!

Yippee - Another yummy recipe, thanks Kim and Ruth for providing this.  (This one is tested and family approved!)

5 cups hot tap water
1 cube butter – room temperature
1 cup honey
2 cups rolled oats

1 T. salt
2 T. yeast
8-12 cups flour

In a large mixer with a dough hook (or in a large bowl if you’re doing it by hand) combine the first four ingredients. Stir and let sit for about 5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients, starting with 8 cups flour. Mix and add flour a little at a time until the dough is not sticky.
Put in a greased bowl and let double in size. (About 1 hour.)
Separate into four dough balls and put in greased bread pans. Let rise until double in size.

Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
