We welcome all tips, recipes and tutorials for canning, also if you'd like to share a link to your favorite canning site please do (leave a comment).
Just a reminder that canning is a great way to preserve food, but it needs to be done right, make sure you are prepared and then "ye shall not fear" (to eat what you've canned - or there's that pesky little fear of blowing up your kitchen).
