Wheat Brownies & Chocolate Butter Cream Frosting

2 cubes butter melted
1/2 C. cocoa

2 C. sugar

4 eggs

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla

2 C whole wheat flour
1 c nuts

Melt butter in microwave and add remaining ingredients

ONE AT A TIME, beating after each addition with the
exception of the nuts. Stir the nuts in last. Pour into 9 x 13 pan.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 25 min. Frost when cool.

Chocolate Butter Cream Frosting

6 T. butter

1 1/2 t. vanilla

1/2 C. unsweetened cocoa
41/2 C. powdered sugar
1/4 C. milk OR cream

Cream butter, vanilla, cocoa. Gradually beat in sugar one
cup at a time beating thoroughly after each addition. Stir
in milk or cream and beat until spreading consistency.
